This is a really tasty smoothie – easy to make and packed with healthy goodness, protein, and reduced amounts of dairy. All of which makes it a nutritious on-the-go breakfast drink, post-gym drink, or snack substitute.
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 0 mins | Serves: 1-2
100g Frozen raspberries
100g Frozen mixed berries
300ml of Soya milk
200ml of coconut water
3 tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt
1 tablespoon of Hemp protein powder
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Alternatively, you could use a hand blender if you haven’t got a blender,but if using this method I would advise adding the ingredients one by one starting with the fruit and soya milk together.
- Divide among your glasses and top with an extra dollop of yoghurt and additional frozen fruit (if desired).
- Serve and Enjoy!
