Mixed Berries & Hemp Smoothie


This is a really tasty smoothie – easy to make and packed with healthy goodness, protein, and reduced amounts of dairy. All of which makes it a nutritious on-the-go breakfast drink, post-gym drink, or snack substitute.

Prep Time: 5 mins | Cooking Time: 0 mins | Serves: 1-2

Ingredients finalThe ingredients together make enough for a 1 pint serving or 2 half pint servings.

100g Frozen raspberries

100g Frozen mixed berries

300ml of Soya milk

200ml of coconut water

3 tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt

1 tablespoon of Hemp protein powder

Method final



  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Alternatively, you could use a hand blender if you haven’t got a blender,but if using this method I would advise adding the ingredients one by one starting with the fruit and soya milk together.
  2. Divide among your glasses and top with an extra dollop of yoghurt and additional frozen fruit (if desired).
  3. Serve and Enjoy!
